Hi. I hate that 'good diabetic/bad diabetic' moniker. It's really hard work keeping up the regime. Tomorrow's a new day. Don't be too harsh on yourself. Just keep doing what you can, and if you slip up, well, try again tomorrow.

Just today, I heard a story about a person who'd just found out she had an underactive thyroid. She was devastated that she would have to take half a tablet a day for 'the rest of her life' to control the condition. She actually sought counselling to deal with it. I wish! So just take it day by day. Cheers.
