Coeliac's :(

Ok, so i got my blood test results back from my Endo on Friday.

HBA1c is 6.8, and everything else is running well.

However, my glyadins pretty much diagnosed myself with Coeliac's. My first Glyadin returned a 60 (normal range 0-20) and my second was 202 (normal range 0-20). So, Coeliac's it looks like I've been pretty upset this weekend, and it isn't something that usually would. I've had a bad run of luck lately, and i guess this is why it's really got me down.

What is funny though is that back when i was much younger, i was thought to have Coeliacs. My first glyadin would always return a positive, and my second would always be negative. I still have absolutely no symptoms of Coeliac's whatsoever.

I have been referred to a Gastroenterologist to have the biopsy (via upper endoscope) done. I'm VERY hesitant to have this done, and would much prefer to move onto gluten-free immediately and accept the blood test results.

Does anyone have any advice or tips?
