I put together my own carry bag ages ago, because of all the stuff--meter, syringes, insulin, strips, a separate "disposal" pocket, and also some other meds I have needed in emergencies. So carrying this one doesn't really affect what I have to carry, esp while also having to carry edibles.

I've wondered how guys deal with all of this; my sympathies, gents.
