I use something called a "metro" bag that is a smaller version of
a messenger bag. (If you watch Seinfeld, you will understand this: "Yes, I carry a purse!") LOL

Currently 173 lbs, A1C 5.6, cholesterol 160, LDL 95,HDL
53, triglycerides 37. BP 110/70
