Snacking on popcorn in the evening 9PM lowers my morning numbers too. Also low-salt or no salt dry roasted nuts.
I was recently concerned about my weight so stopped eating a snack at night. My AM #'s got worse and worse. Some here suggested going back to a snack so I looked in my log book and low and behold they were right. When I was eating that bedtime snack my #'s were lower.
So now its a matter of balance. I'm going to try eating a small snack at night and walk 3 times a day instead of 2.
