Fatty Liver

Hi all

When I had all my bloods tested on DX as well as having high everything including triglycerides they also said I had a high GGT level indicating fatty liver. However, they also said it is linked to overweight, diabetes and high lipids (and I held my hands up to all three at the time ). They said the liver results could improve with everything else which I hope but has anyone else have the dodgy liver readings? I don't drink much which is why it seemed strange.

Any thoughts?
