I tried having sugar with tea before bedtime, hoping it would stop the DP. It did not work, and I also cannot stand the taste of sugar in my tea. Almost anything I have with sugar gives me that "sick" feeling. Maybe when your Knee heals enough that you can be more active, the weight will come off. I have been trying to increase my activity a small amount every day, but so far have not lost any weight...it's only been 5 days though.
