Hi..I have a suggestion for you...try to eat a protein with your carb..also are you by any chance taking lipitor? grapefruit and lipitor are a no no. I get creative for breakfast as the others have said, I'll have cottage cheese w/fruit 1/2 eng muf w/peanut butter..a few days ago I had leftover chicken w/strawberries...whatever works for you...good luck
