I will keep trying with popcorn. I guess I haven't found the magic dual wave bolus for it yet. Weird thing is.....I can eat pizza (although I am not a big fan) with no problem. I am pretty certain it is the oil it is cooked in that raises me high a few hours later. I am not a fan of microwave popcorn.
