| The new Ultralink meter is not usable with the MM PAL or Solutions software. I contacted MM and was told that these programs (and those who use them..( my thought) are no longer supported. There will be no patch offered to allow use with the Ultralink meter. I am trying to use Carelink, but the reports are not as good as Solutions and the shortest report period is 2 weeks. I can't use those reports. I am required to use 7 day time frames. I like the UltraLink meter, and I will use it and hope that MM changes their mind about a driver for the Solutions software that I bought 4 months ago..... The CareLink USB communications device is not supported in Solutions or PAL. |
