So no fruits, crackers, chips, etc..? It all ends up sugar.
As for milkshakes, the only ones I don't think twice about passing up are the Shamrock Shakes at McDonalds in March... They will mix it with chocolate if you ask em too, soooooooo good!!! But wayyyyy high on the carbs!
