| Well, I went off my "plan" tonight I rebelled tonight and decided to eat pizza. Due to the carb count and that the Bloodtype diet says pizza is a no-no for my type, I still had it.
My co-worker ordered (at my request) a thin and crispy Pizza from Pizza Hut. It had mushrooms and black olives on it.
Despite the tomato sauce and olives (both are no-no with my blood-type) I had TWO slices for a total of around 40+ grams. I hope I didn't blow my sugar levels too badly. I've been well in the normal range of FBG and after meals for the past month so I figured this one time (maybe a once a month thing) won't be a big deal. What do you all think? |
