Are you putting an IV3000 transparent dressing pad on it to anchor it to your body? It shouldn't flop around then. I use one of those, sometimes two and I can work out without a problem.

So far ( I have only been using the sensor for 3 months now) I find the sensor will last a week before it gets weaker and then I get the lost sensor alarm - useful because I get through the week at work and then change it on the weekend. However we are all different - there are people on here who get it to last longer.
