I don't "cheat". Cheating once only leads me to cheat again, and again. I've tried the once a week or once a month "treat" and it just doesn't work for me. When I blow it, I blow it big, then go on about my business doing things the "right" way!
That is exactly why I cut all sugars out of my diet because if i get to cheat once then i will want to do it again . what would be the point ? it just blows your blood sugar and then you spend the rest of the time feeling guilty and bad about cheating .
