This is what we call a "hotshot". Can be chicken or leftover Thanksgiving turkey

. We have had them with leftover beef too. You make a sandwich on white bread, cut it diagonal, seperate the two sides and put a big glob of mashed potatoes between them, and cover it all with gravy!
