so you guys really just give 10 units? That is what I would do if I had to, but it seems like suicide. Can my body handle 10 units for a drink? Would I pass out.........or explode?

also what is a malt? Are the micky dees milkshake malts?
and how do you guys know how much is a cup? I never cook so i have no clue how much a cup is.
