| You have to make time to excercise... or your body is going to have an extremely rough time as you get older. At least go for a 1 mile walk. As you get stronger go farther. As you walk you will feel yourself get stonger as the weeks go by the 1 mile will get easier and easier. At first you might get some pain in the shins or back.. don't let that stop you. When 1 mile is easier go 1 1/2 miles. Buy an elliptical in the fall, I used one.. now I'm hooked. Good Luck! |
