At the moment it's mostly walking, but have been slaking off recently. I actually don't like walking, it's just so boring having an iPod on helps.

I really enjoy swimming and I'm a strong swimmer, but getting to a pool etc, is not easy.

When I shift some more weight the plan is to get cycling. My daugthers plan for me is horse riding, haven't done that in 15 years, couldn't inflict myself on a horse, would have animal rights people taking out a hit on me!

My ultimate goal, when I have lost enough weight and built up fitness is to play at least one game of rugby, think they have a seniors team (over 40's) at a local club. I used to be darn good at it, played tight head prop (front row), of course that's probably gobbledegook to my North American friends
