| Hi Sam, welcome. I've moved your post to its own thread, so more of our members can see it an reply. Sounds like you've been going through a lot lately.
Getting your blood sugars under control will make you feel so much better...and insulin will help give you better blood sugars.
Also, when you're feeling up to it, getting regular exercise and watching your carb intake will also help you get better results.
Look around, ask lots of question...there are many here waiting to help.
