Mac Donald's has been touted a bad thing due to how they keep their food that lasts in their fridge. And that it in a nut shell.
So how do they do it, Well it's a common thing called trans fats as this is what we argue about then add the sugar and what would you get, Food that has high GI and lasts a long time so your BG will stay high too.
So what do we do? Well we bolus HARD!!! and LONG!!!
I think that whatever we eat is to eat everything in moderation and not too much of a good thing and exercise is also what we don't do often. So if you were to low carb then stay away from Mac Donald's and you may lose fat!!
So this is indeed very high in carbs.
