Hard Fingers

Well it seems after a year and a half of finger pricking 10 times a day my finger tips (around the horseshoe of each finger and thumbs) are all getting hard making the "blood letting experience" much more difficult. I've had to move down more towards the pads of my fingers now...man that smarts way more, but it gushes.
