Next is seated aerobics really works out the upper body. I also spend time in the pool doing water aerobics and swiming. I am fornutae to have an indoor heated pool in the senior complex where I live so it is available all year round. |
the last time I went swimming, a whaling boat harpooned me. Was a very very sad day
But i concur about the swimming, probably the best excerise you can do for your entire body.
