I aim for, like, and generally am, sub-90. Lately, though, I've had a few bad mornings where I awoke in the 140-160 range.
Perhaps I am not immune to latent BG spikes from high fat consumption... I've not observed that during the day, but I begin to suspect that some high-fat snacks/meals before bed may be my culprit.
At least I've mostly cured my upon-awakening hypos. (I attribute that to the Lantus-to-Levemir switch.)
