I have just finished my first week of walking daily for 30 minutes. In that time I cover 2.2 miles, all of it is uphill both ways
Seriously, it has been a little hard on my hips and knees I am probably going to cut back to walking every other day and weight lifting on the off days. Sears has a weight bench on sale right now with 80 pounds of weights for $79 and I will probably pick it up in the next few days.
