I got mine over a week ago - I'm not happy about the backlight either and I wish it would average more days like my ultrasmart, but over all I like it. "Dual" tested with it and my ultrasmart for a few times and they were tracking pretty close to each other.

So far, this appears as if the ultalink isn't a piece of #@%$ like the BD link meters!!
