I do know people who are related to diabetics who test good repeatedly but they still exhibited symptoms like low blood sugar would if they don't eat
As far as your gout, I took the pills when i first got it and it did not work, doc said more pills but I only got sick. Found out about celery seed and cherries. Ate half a jar of merichino cherries 2 days in a row and the gout disappeared a couple of days after that. You also need to cut down on salt and eliminate diuretics for a couple of weeks.
Mine started with too much left over ham so now I know. As soon as I feel discomfort, I rehydrate and maybe some berires and I am good to go.
My cholesterol is 208 Triglycerides are 118 HDL is 41 LDL 143. The uric acid is 9 and that is down from 10.2 on the last test. On the gout I have taken pills and then my liver got elevated enzymes for over a year from indomethacin..that was really scary. I thought I was going to die in the next year. I have tried cherries and they help a bit. The celery seeds seem to put my bp up but help the gout. That gout can be nasty. I had a pain like I had pulled a hamstring so I used crutches and went to the doc..it was gout the entire length of the leg..never had that ever in my life. Now it has been in an elbow for about a month. I will have to keep asking for more tests with my doctor because I just think there are clues that point to type2 with me. I love the merichino cherries and maybe those will help lower my uric acid.
