You are lucky to have only had it in the big toe. That is where I first had it. Then I have had it in the elbow, the side of the foot, and the entire side of the left leg...that was nasty. I have not been on a low glycemic diet yet but I have cut back. I think it would be very beneficial for me. I will have to try the blueberry juice too.
