Not sure if you know, but as you have diabetes you are eligible for the free flu vaccine, I got one last Dec as part of my regular check up. And WOW that was low.
I'm Type 2 and generally treat anything below 3.8, just tested before driving home and I'm 4.2 (75.6) which is still within my comfort zone, I'll check again when I get home and if around 3.8 I'll have small glass of milk to bring it up nice and easy before dinner later.
