| Cereal is hard for many of us, most is loaded with carbs. Grapenuts has 17 carbs/serving, but its easy to eat more portion wise than an average serving unless you measure it out. Then, you've got the carbs in your milk, 1 cup is usually between 12 and 14 carbs (2% or skim).
Have you tried the "Hood Calorie Countdown" milk? It has much less carbs and tastes quite good...there's chocolate as well.
Usually i'll have eggs and bacon for b/fast...or a protein shake or S. Beach high-protein cereal bar.
Nothing says you can't have non-b/fast foods for b/fast as well, try lunch meat with cheese...quick and easily portable. I have this at my desk some mornings.
