| Ugh. Breakfast is the worst meal of the day for me.
This morning I had the Glucerna cereal and had good results. The cereal isn't bad but crazy expensive!
Sometimes I'll get a breakfast sandwich (if I don't have time to prepare something for myself) and remove half the bread. I've had some luck with that.
Otherwise, I stick with eggs, turkey bacon/sausage, one piece of high fiber bread and some milk. Sometimes I'll make an omelet (using egg substitute) with some onions and mushrooms and cheese.
I'm going to try oatmeal again soon and see how I do with that.
