| I used to skip breakfast, but admit when I did eat, I used to eat Grapenuts (or the store variety version) too. My problem was that I would eat 2-3 portions and wonder why I spiked. Now I eat a low carb/no sugar added yogurt (or drink one of the smoothies), and have a piece of fruit (usually Granny Smith Apple). I keep these low carb yogurts in the office as snacks during the day as well, they satisfy the sweet tooth generally, and are filling.
