Janumet was the first medication I was given and I had muscle twitches with it. Was fine the first three days and then I guess the Metformin must of kicked in since I spent the day in the restroom

I'm on Januvia and Amaryl for now until the Januvia sample runs out. I was so hoping that medication would of been perfect for me. The combo was successful in bringing down my numbers so that frustrated me to give it up, then switching to Januvia alone my numbers just stagnated. Good luck and hope that the Janumet works for you!
