| I am TTC (well on a break after miscarriage (unrealated to diabetes) at the moment) and they have me on Humalog and Novolin. I was told that they want me on the meds that I would be taking during pregnancy, now. They asked if I would rather have a pump, but did not seem to prefer it. They want me in good control and my body used to what I'm going to be on.
Not sure specifically on the lantus though... I'm on NPH and in great control. They stress that HA1c of 6.2 or less is crucial to healthy pregnancy.
