| Agreed, exercise works! I walk briskly about 45 min 5 days a week, particularly after the bigger evening meal. I also take along these $10 stretch bands from Walmart and exercise my upper chest/arms while walking. 500mg metformin and my last reading is:
Fasting Glucose: 82
A1C: 5.3
and not only that my once sky-high Triglycerides have fallen to 79!
