This is EXACTLY what I do once in a blue moon, but I go to In N'Out Burger -- Double Double "Animal" & "Protein" Style -- They wrap it in Lettuce without a bun, and add grilled onions -- (really the best burgers on the west coast IMHO). I get the cheese though most times.
