Hello KCP , I think that your dinner bolus maybe still active at the jim?

Its frustrating me so much as all I want to do is work out a little, but I dont wan to run high all day.,
Ive even tried lowering my lantus but it hasnt worked!! and I was even higher than normal after Bfast when I gave my lower lantus so I corrected the high (11.0) And then after aht my BS have been really good until NOW!!!!! I mean COME ON!!!!
I would back off a little on the Novorapid or whatever fastacting insulin that you have at dinner as the workout will cover some of the meal that you just had. Keep the Lantus at that level that you had before. Or try this have your dinner without the fast acting insulin and go for it at the jim as this will just burn off what you have just eaten!!
