Foot Pain

In the past couple of days I have been getting a burning sensation in my feet. It seems to happen in patches on my feet, sometimes both, sometimes only one. For instance last night both feet had this pain on the inner sides. Right now my right foot hurts on the bottom.

When I had my first visit with the endo he said I had some loss of feeling in my feet. I could feel a probe, but when he used a tuning fork I could not feel the vibration when it got real lite. He told me when I get my BS in line that it should reverse. Is the pain an indication of it healing or getting worse?

Also is there anything I can do to relieve the pain? It can be down right annoying and makes it hard to concentrate at work.
