I was diagnosed type 1 a couple months ago. I have always had bad circulation in my hands. since being diagnosed i have noticed my toes do tingle sometimes. The first few times it happened i would just keep moving my feet and kind of ignored it. I recently went to the health food store and they recomended HORSE CHESTNUT for outer circulation. Ive been taking it with meals about three times a day. Natural things take longer to work than medicines. we'll see what happens. By the way, havent had tingling since i started using it. Could be coincidental.
