This is my 4th time back to WW, and I do not view it as a diet, but as a change in the way I eat. I have lost 20 # since the end of January....so who knows what my sugar was before I started. BUT....what I want to know is how you "marry" the WW program and the the way we are to eat with diabetes. Since I have been monitoring my sugar (2 wks) I have noticed that if I eat more protein (meat) and vegetables, my sugar levels are more consistent. But the protein amoutn is more than I should eat on WW. And how do I adjust the carbs? HELP!
