| I have a 20 oz Diet Mtn Dew every morning...I don't drink coffee, and this gives me the morning "jolt" that I need.
The rest of the day I drink water or water with the s/f add-ins. I also drink hot and iced tea with artificial sweetener.
While i'm sure plain water is the healthiest way to go, I enjoy having a few more choices....and I don't notice blood sugar elevations...though sometimes I do think the diet drinks make us hungrier than plain water (perhaps it triggers our "sweet tooth" or something).
