I actually did get a pump from them again Laura and had no problems this time. I heard that there were thousands that had this billing issue and it took a lot of time to resolve. I was frustrated at the time as my bill was over two years old when they tried to re-bill me for my pump. I have had good luck with MimiMed ever since.
