Another new person from Washington State

Hi there,

I am 52 years old and a type 1.5 (diagnosed only a little over a year ago). I take Lantus and Novolog insulin but still have a lot to learn about diabetes. Anyway, I am just saying hello and am interested in reading about others experience and picking up on any good advice.

Diagnosed with diabetes (1.5) Feb 07, Current a1c 5.8.

I use Novolog 6 to 10 units per day and Lantus 17 units in PM
