I agree with Dewey, go to the doctor. Also, if you know anyone who is diabetic, ask them to test your sugar. even you fasting numbers should be within the range of 80-120 in the US, I don't know what the equivalent is for the scale that Europe uses.
divide by 18 to get the MMol/L numbers
