The longest I left a set in was 5 days and I only did that a couple of times, when I was using Quick-Sets. I started having so many problems with them (bent cannulas, No Delivery alarms, sky high BGs without getting any alarms...) so when I finally got one that worked I wanted to keep it in! I switched to silhouettes soon after and pretty much always change every three days. I do forget sometimes, usually if it falls on a weekend, but I don't leave them in longer on purpose.
