| I did WW several years ago, before diabetes, with decent results as long as I stayed with the program. Now, I think it might be a little more difficult for me carb-wise though i've not seen their new offerings.
I think we sometimes get in the "diet" mentality, which gives the idea that its a "temporary" thing, and after we reach our weight goal we can stop it...unfortunately for us, we're in it for the long haul, so instead of dieting, we have to come up with a way of eating that we can do long-term.
I've lost more weight by watching the carbs I consume and getting regular exercise than I ever did on WW, S. Beach or First Place.
