heh, well...I burned them Some cook I am! I think I cut them too thin. The couple without charred black sides were good, though. Good enough that I will try them again sometime. I just cut up the turnips, put in a container with some canola oil, paprika, and salt substitute, covered and shook the container to coat evenly, then put on a cookie sheet and baked at 425 for 12 minutes, flipped, then 12 more minutes.
