Don't feel bad, Nancy...The "Murphy's law" thing often happens to me, too (where I buy one thing & a couple of months later, something new that I was wanting comes out). I've been fine over the past couple of years (because I have a primary pump & one for backup that I purchased out of pocket), but I always love new technology. Since nothing new to my liking has come out recently (with the exception of the CGMS), I've not really been interested in changing companies or "moving forward," so to speak - hence my purchase of the CGMS standalone instead of the full system. Hopefully in the near future, our collective voices will be heard & something will come along that appeals to almost everyone.
Hang in there with the lows. I know it's scary and can make a person feel awful.
