LEMS treatment and weightloss

Friends,

2 months back I had high volume plasmapherosis followed by 5 x 1000mg methyalpretnesolone injection due to LEMS. The 5 injections are now repeated after an interval of 1 month followed by 60mg tabs every day. 60mg will continue for 10 days to go down to 20mg. I am also takaing 300mg of pyridostigmine every day. Now my weight has come down from 66kg to 61kg. Can any one give me some clue pls?
