| I don't know if cinnamon works or not but I use it.
I like to put it in my protein 'smoothies', it helps cover up the cardboard taste of no sugar, no additive protein powder.
Yeah, for a tablespoon I would go for the suppliment.
If you really want to go hard core you could make your own by buying the empty cases from the health food store and get the cheaper cinnamon in bulk - but that takes some dedication. (My doc tried to get me to do that......well I have better things to do than try to cram cinnamon into little pills HEEHEE - time better spent walking in my opinion) |
