| my fasting numbers vary...but mostly highs, 140's-190's. i tried to give myself like, a half unit or 1 unit more when my numbers are high to balance it out at meals, but it always either skyrockets or plummets. i think i'm not doing something right... and my diet is 3 main meals: oatmeal and egg whites for breakfast, a sandwich and fruit for lunch, and whatever's available for dinner. sometimes almonds or a banana for a snack. and yes, i have an app. with my endo today, so i'll consult with her also. thank you for helping me out, bt way, i really appreciate it. =] |
